Et en yoga postnatal l&rsquo;approche est de chercher tout en douceur \u00e0 remuscler et tonifier le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e, les abdos et le corps.<br><br>Les outils sont nombreux pour permettre \u00e0 chacune de trouver ce dont elle a besoin : \u00e9tirement, soulagement du dos, accompagnement si perturbations digestives, relaxation, d\u00e9tente.. Les postures permettent aussi petit \u00e0 petit de pr\u00e9parer le corps au grand voyage qu&rsquo;est l&rsquo;accouchement.<br>La respiration aussi est essentielle dans cette pratique. Plusieurs approches et exercices de respiration sont importants pour accompagner au mieux la grossesse.<br><br>Je suis heureuse de proposer ces s\u00e9ances en tout petit groupe (6 personnes max), dans mon espace \u00e0 Pontch\u00e2teau. A travers ces s\u00e9ances, je partage \u00e0 la fois des outils de la m\u00e9thode du Dr Bernadette De Gasquet et j&rsquo;am\u00e8ne aussi mes connaissances et outils tir\u00e9s du Hatha Yoga, du Yin Yoga et du Yoga Restauratif pour proposer diff\u00e9rentes approches afin que chacune puisse trouver ce qui lui fait du bien.<br><br>Le format des s\u00e9ances de yoga pr\u00e9-natal et post-natal est de 1h15 et le tarif est de 20\u20ac par personne. Les dates et cr\u00e9neaux horaires sont pos\u00e9s \u00e0 la demande en fonction des disponibilit\u00e9s de chacune.
